Maritime Survey Australia - Marine Surveyors

MARITIME SURVEY AUSTRALIA

Marine Survey Services

Marine Surveys to suit your specific requirements

As accredited marine surveyors, our marine survey services provide a genuinely independent assessment of a vessel’s condition.

We provide survey inspections and prompt marine survey reports, enabling commercial and business decisions to be made quickly and helping our clients save time and money. Our Surveyors are accredited with AMSA in Australia and the certifying authority of the International Institute of Marine Surveyors.

Pre-purchase surveys help reduce the business and technical risks you face when buying a new or second-hand vessel. Independent surveys and reports of the current condition, class status and life history of a vessel provide vital information to help evaluate a proposed investment.

Our AMSA Accredited Surveyors have the responsibility of checking a vessel’s compliance with the:

  • National Standard for Commercial Vessels (NSCV); and
  • National Standard for the Administration of Marine Safety (NSAMS); and
  • The Uniform Shipping Laws (USL) Code; and
  • Marine Orders 503 and Marine Order 507
