MSA surveyor David Wise-Mann completed a periodic vessel survey on the 50-foot Sailing Catamaran, Imagine owned and operated by Sydney Boat Adventures.
Licensed to carry up to 48 passengers and 2 crew, this beautifully maintained, twin-hulled catamaran is the largest BYO catamaran operating on Sydney Harbour. Its impressive 23-foot beam offers ample space for large groups to take in the sights while the spacious foredeck with its two sunbathing trampolines provides undercover area for up to 35 persons. Imagine is an extremely stable vessel that stays level at all times, making her ideal for passengers whom are not that accustomed to sailing. Two sets of steps lead right into the water, enabling passengers to enter the water for a swim without the need to climb any ladders.
Designed for the utmost comfort and protection from the elements, the cockpit offers ample seating and a large canopy with full all round drop down clears. The large and spacious interior boasts a saloon with seats for up to 8 people and a fully equipped galley containing a gas oven, a four burner gas cook top, and hot and cold running water.
