MSA are excited to announce the appointment of Marine Surveyor Mark McLellan. Mark’s strong work ethic and happy nature made him a natural selection to join our team at MSA.
Mark McLellan joins MSA after more than a decade with Transport Safety Victoria working in various roles including, the Manager DCV-AMSA Transition and Marine Surveyor (Periodic / Initial). Mark has a long history in the DCV and Maritime Industry. His maritime experience and versatility began with ship and boat naval architectural design for refit and new construction, expanding to mechanical services engineering for ships, through life support and vessel survey.
His passion for the maritime industry continues in his spare time, through Yacht Racing, Trailer Sailing (inc. current chairman of the Australian Sailing – Victorian Trailable Yacht Division).
Mark is an AMSA accredited Marine surveyor accredited for Initial and Periodic Survey. Quallified with a Certificate of Technology (Ship Design, Naval Architectural), Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical) and Master of Science in Marine Surveying.
